Ready, Set, Sweat! Take your fitness to the next level in one of SMASH Fitness’ unique bootcamps. Every session is different to eliminate plateaus and increase overall body composition. The boot camp utilizes free weights, body resistance training and creative cardio… the perfect combination to get you sweating while building lean muscle mass.
SMASH BOOTCAMP LOCATION, DAYS AND TIMES:
Millet - Monday and Wednesday at 530pm and Saturday at 8am
Leduc - Monday and Wednesday at 7pm
Wetaskiwin - Tuesday and Thursday at 630am
Gwynne - Tuesday and Thursday at 630pm
